Team Ninja clearly lacks any respect for the PC Platform.
They even cut smaller things like dynamic lights, particle effects, and controller vibration feedback from the Pc port.
Maybe someone will fix that lack of "soft engine" with an ENB mod. since that so called soft engine just looks like additional bloom, slight blur filter, and a little bit of haze
