Jesus Christ, and that's with the Day One patch AND being offline (so it wouldn't be the connection slowing down the loading). How is this acceptable? This game will flop HARD on consoles. Can you imagine how the Xbox One version runs if the PS4 version is this shitty? At least we can joke about the name ("You know why it's called Just Cause 3? Cause it takes 3 minutes to load the game, which runs at 3 fps!")

I always do this with strategy, simulation and racing games. Sometimes I'll incorporate some of my favorites from the game that I'm playing.
It's not only perfectly acceptable but encouraged to throw on your own jam when you're grindan or playing multiplayer games
