Last weekend Ludum Dare happened.
Ludum Dare is a 'gamejam' where indie developers try to make a game by themselves based on a theme in only 48 hours.There's also a "jam" event, were teams are allowed, and they are given 72 hours, and is generally considered to be a more "relaxed" event.
Your fellow anons over at /agdg/ made a few games for this Ludum Dare and would definitely love if you gave them a try.
You do like playing videogames, don't you /v/?

The game is so reliant on frequent patches in order to prevent the game from becoming incredibly boring stale shit that the community enters into meltdown like 3 times a year because the game becomes insanely disgusting.
Leaving a truckload of reasons aside (game design decisions, competitiveness, cosmetic whoring among others) that's honestly reason enough to argue that it is not the best,.
