First of all why does the boston area only get hit with 1 nuke. Even the Mojave which had Mr.house Defenses was still hit by 9.

It wasn't one nuke, it was several. There was one high yield nuke in the glowing sea, but there are several other craters such as the one downtown with all the ghouls in it...

In an ideal world everything would be only on PC, but I'm not foolish enough to believe that's possible.
I've bought every Sony platform ever because they always deliver on the weeb games, and that's what I enjoy most.
Most of us own a PS4 so I dont see why it would have any kind of real vehement reaction.
