Do people honestly hate Battlefront THAT much?
I'm having a fun time. Online multiplayer games have never been a huge favorite of mine. Flying around is a blast. It sounds and looks great. Honestly, I feel like it has more variety than most other online FPS. It's just not what the old Battlefronts were, and it's there that I can understand the disappointment.

It's not a bad game, it just gets boring so quickly. I can play 2, maybe 3, games tops before I just get bored and play something else. The game desperately needs content, the fact that EA is make the fanbase pay $50 for that content is just unacceptable. People let themselves be blinded by the fact that it's Star Wars.
It's like going to a 5-star restaurant expecting the same great experience, and on the third time there they just put half a piece of shit on a plate with a pretty garnish next to it. You can pay for a second course of crushed glass filled shit for another $40.
Then there are fuckers who say it's just a different experience because it's under new management, and that you just don't appreciate the nuances of an AIDS blood diarrhea compote but don't fall for that shit.
You remember when it was steak and blowjobs, now it's just getting an enema full of splintered hep needles.

Yeah. PSN. I don't really have any good controllers for PC and my keyboard is kind of shit, so I'm not so sure about doing that.
I just bought a PS4 with Bloodborne + Old Hunters a little over a week ago (well not just for bloodborne but that was the first game I played). And well I just finished it after playing what was probably over 100 hours in about 10 days or so. And I'm just speechless. It was just so fucking brilliant. I feel like the base game was a 10/10, but the DLC was just fucking incredible and brought it up to legendary 11/10 status.
Everything is on point: the atmosphere, level design, OST, enemy and boss design, the combat just feels so fluid and responsive, the hitboxes, the lore, the art design. Just everything. If you have not played this game or are waiting to pull the trigger on a PS4 to play Bloodborne, you NEED to play this game. I feel like this will be the ESSENTIAL game of the 8th generation.
Can we please discuss this game.And please keep shitposting to a minimum

Don't care if you say I suck or that I need to git gud or whatever, the difficulty is just a lame gimmick for marketing purposes, the game is horribly designed, tedious, full of grinding, the controls suck, there's no way to pause, the bosses are unfair bullshit and the game gives you no warning you're even about to fight a boss, it runs poorly and takes a long time to load despite looking like a last gen game, the camera is awful, the level geometry constant blocks your attacks and dodges but not the enemy's, and having to run back to the boss room every single time you die is beyond boring and tedious.
The only positive is that I only wasted $20 on this... not touching any of the Souls games with a ten foot pole after playing this piece of shit.

Both have a shitton of padding but both have some good redeeming parts too.
I'd say it's worth experiencing them at least once.
Days plays just like KH1 in terms of mechanics but it has a fuckton of padding and redoing the same levels with minor alterations.
Re:Coded is a slightlly worse version of Birth By Sleep in terms of gameplay with some cool gimmick mechanic to each world but it has non-existant story.
Personally I played both and saw the HD cutscenes in HD Remixes and felt like the HD cutscenes don't show nearly enough to make you care, especially regarding Days where they don't even show any of the fight scenes and some of the endgame ones are really emotional.
