You'll have them portable
You'll be spending $40 on the Vita version instead of $60 on the PS4 version
Most of the PS4/Vita multiplats are Vita upscales so you're just paying 50% more for a higher resolution and nothing more.
That said, if there actually is nothing that catches your interest that's already released on Vita then I wouldn't recommend it.
