Tossup between Medic and Sniper. Medic's Uber is pretty much the best thing in the game and the bullshit unlocks ubersaw and crusader's crossbow make it even better; Sniper can kill anything in the game in one click at any range.
Of course, that's taking out the variable of player skill.
From best classes to worst classes:

>Soldier=Demo
>Engineer=Heavy
>Pyro=Spy
Medic.
I play better as him than the other classes.
