Throws need to be removed from fighting games. Having an unblockable move that activates on frame 1 encourages mashing.
You'll see in high-level play that throws are never ever used unless one of the characters is a grappler, because they aren't cheap bastards.
There is no straight counter to throws. The player doing a throw is in the advantage every time. This mechanic is nothing but loose gravel in the road to high level play.

How can anyone stand to play Witcher 3 on consoles considering the PC has graphics this beautiful at 60 fps.

Yeah I could never play Witcher on anything but PC. I am about to head to Skellige (or rather, I finished all the story quests up to that point, still have lots of stuff in Velen to unlock).
