Things aren't looking great for Xbox One
Let's consider some facts here:
>PS4 this year alone outsold Xbox One's entire LTD
>MS tried to save face by saying the Xbox One is outpacing the 360. However, this is a very misleading statement as the 360 faced supply issues and didn't pick up sales into actually much later (its peak year was 2011) and had long legs. On the opposite end of the spectrum, Xbox One had no supply issues and is already showing to be very frontloaded.
>Xbox One only sees success in essentially two regions: UK an US.
>In essentially every region of growth (Latam, Asia and the pacific, Middle East, Africa, etc.) PS4 has a significant lead
>In all of Europe (minus UK), PS4 has 70-90%+ marketshare
>Last quarter PS4 outsold Xbox One over 3:1. This ratio continues to widen as time progresses
Gentlemen, how do we save the Xbox One?

by releasing games
by fixing shit UI

I think that Xbone will sell worse this year, specially when you consider that there aren't any really big games for it. Scalebound was delayed til next year.
Maybe Gears but i don't think it's that big anymore and Forza is getting tired.
PS4 will keep obliterating the competition.

After messing around with a few roguelites which have kept me on the edge of my seat (some of which I still haven't been able to beat) I decided to give Diablo 2 a go, since I read dozens of times on this board it is the best game ever and I remembered there being a permadeath mode, which made it sound like the grandfather of modern roguelites.
I don't get it. I'm playing a palladin, on the third act and thinking of quitting. It's not challenging. It's not rewarding. You just chug potions and keep mauling without having to care much. It's just tedious. Like a korean mmo. It feels a bit like a predecessor to WoW. I had trouble with the first act boss as I completely ignored status potions up to this point, but it turns out you can just drink them before going back to the area and he's done. Same applies to act 2 but with antifreeze instead of antidote.
I understand I might be completely wrong about this. I have to, given the praise it receives. In terms of production values it's certainly better than modern roguelites, but in terms of gameplay it feels clearly inferior. So could anyone please explain to me what exactly is good about this game? Please don't say people were just addicted to random loot.

BF3 is shit, and BF4 is more polished shit. The only reason I still play it is because I'm too autistic for sub 60 fps and hence will never play ARMA.

I've been a Battlefield fan since 1942, dude.
I'll admit, all those older ones are definite classics, but I've found BF4 to just offer the most by a long shot so far, and it has really been polished out the ass since launch and pretty much every problem it had has been fixed.

Now that the hype died down what's your honest opinion about TPP? How well does it stand against the rest of the series and otehr 2015 games
It was bad. Couldn't live up to the hype, and half of the game of repetitive filler. Cut content made it worse, and the tweest was unnecessary and plain retarded. Not the worst of 2015, but far from the best.

I agree with you the gameplay is good and the graphics while not great are a massive upgrade from previous instalments (also, the godrays actually look really, really damn good in this game)
But the big problem is that theres not really much choice in what you do. You are always the good guy, you can't be the bad guy, too many essential NPCs, it's dumb af. Also, the gameplay is grindy.
