Is this worth getting at all or should I emulate the Gamecube one? fuck wii and it's waggle gimmicks. I never played TP so figured I may as well.
If you never played TP, and own a Wii U, that is the single circumstance in which the HD remake is worth buying. Ignore the shitposts, TP is good enough that it demands that you play it, given that you like Zelda games.

I mean, there's no reason to buy any game if you're willing to emulate it, and emulation exists for it.
If you want to own it, and haven't played it, buy the Wii U version. If you're fine with playing it on Dolphin, just emulate it.
Like, why would you think and HD remake of a game would be different in any way other than improved visuals? It's the same fucking game, but with improved visuals. That's the fucking definition of an "HD remake."

fuug man this game is hard aas fuck, i am stucked in the mission where you must protect a summoner, there is a dragon a marlboro, 2 fairys and a panther, can someone give me some pointers to help me out. also i use the totema ultima and it does the animation but it doesnt do any damage to any uni.
Get a better squad nigga, that is the answer to every SRPG problem. Level up ur doodZ, it's a grind but that's part of this genre of games. Find an alternate distraction and grind a bit and you can crush this scenario.
holy shit. let me just say that this game has been one of my all time favorites since i got it many years ago. the game is very hard at points, and the mission you are stuck on actually had me stuck for many tries as well. you might want to do some side quests to level up a bit and get some better gear. also, pay attention to who you are focusing and how much dmg/hit percentage before you engage. the game is pretty long and has a deep story, i wont spoil much but its a very rewarding play. have fun.
SRPG is almost always harder than your typical normal rpg

Time travel is a cheap trope and kind of suggests they're out of ideas.
The invasion of Azeroth by the demons in Draynor was a solid piece of lore. They timetravelled the fuck out of it.

the events of draenor spawned an alternate azeroth that we (probably) wont be seeing or visiting
WoD's lore exists in a bubble, we traveled back in time to help an alternate timeline fight an alternate timeline's big bad, only to go back to our own timeline and leave them to deal with their own shit
it's been theorized WoD existed solely to bring back Gul'Dan, who escaped into our Azeroth to kickstart the events of Legion

It feels pretty obvious that the game wasn't made with Grounded in mind, so to get through a lot of fights I had to do stuff that felt cheesy like running around the ai to confuse them.
The game plays more like a really clunky Hotline Miami than Uncharted when you're on Grounded and it's actually kind of cool when it works. I'd like to see somebody try and make a full game of grounded style third-person combat. At the moment Grounded mode is just generic and boring The Last of Us gameplay with goofy number fiddling stacking the odds against you, I'd like a properly thought out version of it built from the ground up to be hard. That'd be sweet.
