Is the 3ds CFW anything like the PSP CFW in terms of capabilities?
I used my PSP to play everything from gba to psp games all for free.
Can i do the same with my 3ds? If so, link to the proper CFW.

By not having Kenji Yamamoto onboard for the soundtrack. Gameplay was fun for the most part, story was balls to the wall dumb, but the shitty OST is the biggest crime the game has under its belt. Nothing but forgettable "atmospheric" crap.

It's quite the list, but:
Combat on such a reduced controller became ridiculously easy. Since the dodge button was the move button, there was no penalty to tapping it repeatedly, and so no penalty to constantly being capable of avoiding all attacks.
First-person view mode was laggy to enter and to leave, making missiles a pain against anything but a stationary target. The one boss where they are required was just terrible to fight.
Force, mandatory pixel hunts that locked you into first-person view until you highlighted the correct spot.
Health distribution seemed like it wanted to be a horror element (no health pickups found anywhere) and an easy action game (free recharge whenever you like, items to boost the recharge amount). The game itself seemed to flop between actiony combat and trying to act like a horror game.
THE BABY THE BABY THE BABY literally repeated 15 times in the first 10 minutes. "Baby" wasn't really said at all anywhere else in the game, but it grated on players' nerves to hear it repeated so often is such a short amount of time.
Samus's main motivation is that she disobeyed a man and wanted to redeem herself. Seriously.
Story plot is stupid, complete with Samus idolizing said man for shooting her in the back and leaving her defenseless in front of a deadly Metroid. Seriously.
Story dropped or forgot about plot points several times.
You are given the controller input command at the very start of the game. Every other weapon gets a dialogue prompt when it is unlocked, along with text on how to use it. Power bombs do not get a prompt when unlocked, when they are absolutely necessary, and no reminder in how to use them.
3DM has been the only crack team to take a go at it.
And they've been struggling.AND they're Chinese.
Denuvo is pretty much impossible to crack

Who has the chance to play this game?
It was built up to be the successor of Clock Tower. This game is absolutely insane. It is a wild ride, but not... the way the developers intended.
The bad:

Sometimes good, but mostly suck. Characters have the charming "dreamcast syndrome" of no moving mouths. Monica's hair is insane.

I've had one crash, and the scissor man has gotten stuck in a wall, but I suspect these will be ironed out and nothing is game-breaking
>lack of saves
they are spread far apart, which means if you die in an encounter, you usually are sent back - not far enough to want to quit, but enough to be frustrated.
>Controls
Mouse only, which is a little annoying. Turning Monica around is cumbersome, when you have to escape quickly.
Some prompts it is unclear what to do (basically, just click on everything)
But the good is definitely entertaining. This game is not scary at all. Every attempt at horror is hilarious and goofy.

The price might be a little high ($25) but this game is, as I said, a rollercoaster of bizarre lost-in-translation grasping at horror - an attempt by some Japanese guy to mimic American culture.
The game immediately jumps into horror. Everything is normal and 7 minutes later a vending machine eats someone.
Speaking of Clock Tower, is the series worth playing?

Is there even a story to tell? What I mean is there a reason that it needs to be called Bioshock to tell it's story. honestly I don't think the storyline of Bioshock has anywhere to go and attaching the name is just for brand recognition.

This. I mean I think his design could have been interesting if done a bit different. His motive, the whole story part on Dream Team was just so fucking lame and one-off. Like it doesn't matter, who cares we won't be coming back. His lame generic 'accent' sucked too.
There's also something so fucked up with block people existing in the Mario world too. And pillow-head people is stupid. Oh and there's a big ass egg shaped bird god for some reason. Just so random. I mean the BeanBean Kingdom at least felt like it was sorta it's own place and not some island out of nowhere. It was random, but it felt like that was kind of it's weird thing. Like everything in it was some kind of foreign bean joke or some shit cause everything had that stupid grin on it.

It depends on whether the core fundamental gameplay is any good. Doesn't matter how ambitious the game is if at its core it is a bad action game with some RPG elements tacked on.
