I've been intentionally avoiding DAI, because /v/ was shit talking it so much, but after having finally broken down and played it for a while, it's not nearly as bad as /v/ said.

Why is Counter-Strike so archaic? No perks, no classes, no level progression, no nothing. In addition to that the gameplay is extremely barebones, why do people play this game?

I've never understood any of the stories of those games.
The story didn't make a lot of sense but the campaign as a whole was very well-paced and varied
I like how Infinity Ward creates this super lucrative IP called Call of Duty and then Activision just rapes the shit out of the development house and fires them that was great.
