Gamecube controller, and you're right, Melee/Sm4sh aren't fighting games.
360 is one of the better gamepads for its dpad. Haven't tried the xbone controller.

Also looking for upgrade opinions. There isn't really a bottleneck I've come across (yet) but I'm sure I should move away from mATX for better airflow. Probably for the future as I'm content with it right now but maybe next tax season I'll want to see what I can do.

DMC 1 was going to be another resident evil game. If you wanted CUHRAZZZZYY then play 3 or 4 special edition.
If you didnt like the first skip the second and play DMC3, it's the game where it went from a wacky resident evil spinoff to its own thing. Play DMC4 as well but dont touch DmC.

It had a cool atmosphere and nice music, I don't regret trying it
But I just couldn't fucking take all the melodrama and story retardation. My breaking point was where that one chick turned out to be a spy or something and spent the better part of 15 minutes rolling around on the floor talking about how she was in love with one of the dudes, and the cutscene involved flashbacks to EARLIER IN THE SAME CUTSCENE.

It's unanswered in the 360 version. Answered in the ps3 version.
Also.... ps3's normal mode is 360's encore mode. PS3 version is hard as fuck from the start.
