That's probably your game then, Dota is known for being more of a thinking game and less of an action game.
LoL is kind of a mess, it has no idea what it's trying to be and it ends up falling short in every department. The action is braindead compared to any shooter or fighter, the strategy element is really dull since you take the same win con route every game and you always have the same team composition, and it can't decide if it's designing itself around top-tier play or the bottom of the barrel retards who are too casual to play it properly.
Dota has a lot more focus on counterpicks, a ton more situational utility items, more emphasis on rationing out disables with perfect timing, no formulaic team comp and lane meta, stuff like that.

i was in bronze 5 at the start of the year and actually did leave. im silver 5 now.
i just added other good players and tried to play with them as much as possible. this lowers your chances of horrible players ending up on your team. also, im not too bad myself so that helps. recently went on like a 10 game win streak with some people i added.

Absolutely. I've been watching some streams of it before release, shit looks dope.
The good thing about this game is that, unlike Nuclear Throne or the vanilla Binding of Isaac, the devs actually took their time to polish the damn game before releasing it.
