for me it's a pretty nice experience, cracked with all the dlcs unlocked and me and my friend have a lot of fun with the local multiplayer

It was basically my first DoA.
I didn't play it much, but then I had no one to really play it with. I really wanted to get into it but it was pretty difficult to learn actually. Maybe if I had a fightpad or a fight stick, I would've tried, but all I had was a standard PS3 controller. Seems like 3D fighting games aren't my forte.
That's not to say that I didn't like it. Seemed fun as fuck anyway and like a great, well-made game. Makes me want to go back and play the old DOA games. I kinda want to install it again and finish the storymode at least.

Dead or Alive plays completely different. But i can see the potential for very high level play even though i cant get gud at it. the hot chicks are just a plus.

I'm not good at SF yet, but that game more or less clicks with me and I plan on buying SFV eventually and gitting gud. I "get" 2D fighters way more than 3D ones.

Yeah I don't know how anyone could say that DOA isn't a fighting game when it very obviously has the sort of deep, technical, highly-skill based gameplay that's very typical of fighters. It's very challenging to git gud at imo. I think people are just stupid and are distracted by the tits and overlook the gameplay.That doesn't excuse shit like DOAX however.

more streamlined and not fundamentally broken by RMAH but still extremely bland and grindy, zero sense of progression and wow stats
also, the "lore" is still cringeworthy and the tone doesnt fit the diablo universe at all but I guess you knew that the first time

Either way, it's better than Wind Waker.
She's really not that much worse than Navi or Tatl. But she's still pretty bad.

Elaborate. The main gripe I hear with wind waker is the world felt empty. But in SS everything except skyworld felt bland and empty in terms of exploration. The desert was the best part of that whole game but not enough to redeem it
