I love how Dishonored handles that. Going full stealth felt rewarding, but going full chaos also felt rewarding in its own way.

I tried dicking around with the stiff on ffhacktics but you have to work within the constraints of a ps1 game. I want to be able to fucking create crazy new world map and story with new characters but keep the combat and class stuff relatively the same. There is so much potential out there for a game like this to be successful again.
Also zodiac stones are a ripoff of Berserk behelits. Just wanted to share.
FFTA was a lot better, still don't get what the big deal about the first one is meant to be.

Even though Dark Souls 1 has better designed levels, more interesting and varied bosses, no bullshit auto-lock homing attacks that follow you unless you dodge at the perfect moment and arguably better lore..
I still prefer Dark Souls 2. There's something about the look, the feel and the sound of that game that I just prefer to Dark Souls 1, even though I absolutely adore that game too.
Am I the only one who thinks this?

Same here. 5 hours and next to Anal Rodeo archers. Also skipped Depths because I didn't want to deal with papa Capra and his puppies but I'll go back later.
I doubt I will be able to run through whole vanilla DaS2 + DLCs before DaS3 launch, though.

Realistic medieval combat game with VR and realistic motion controls and a warband like story mode.

Was there any non-BS reason for game consoles not having memory dedicated to game saves out of the box?
Having to spend $20+ on a memory card so you could save under 15 games (remember some games required multiple blocks) was fucking ridiculous.
Was this just BS started (and primarily perpetuated by) Sony? That's the way it looks even though I'm a SonyPony.
It's called business. You could say that Playstation popularized it, but the reason they started using memory cards is because they no longer had cartridges to store the saves on, and it would increase the system's cost to include memory onboard at the time. They're still doing it on modern consoles with HDD sizes though.
