Been playing dark souls 3 and, since it's release, I've had a lot of trouble with summoning. I can't be the only one?
Had minimal trouble at the beginning but now I cannot summon or be summoned.
Anyone else experiencing the same?

Not really, why the fuck would you even do that? The PC version has boosters (aka built in free cheats) that you could just use you know.
the entire game is stress-free even if you hardly fight anything -- it's an extremely easy game
there's just like 2 optional fights that need a bit of preparation, but as mentioned, it's optional

As a direct answer to your question, very early in th egame you have to escape a train (2nd bombing run) and then in you end up in a long tunnel. You are supposed to walk away from the screen towards the background but if you turn around instead and keep walking TOWARDS the screen you can find a dead end that spawns infinite Shinra soldiers to fight. This is infinite grind spot 1
If you miss it, or get bored or run out of healing supplies, then later in the game you will visit a coastal town (you perform a mini-game to save a little girl here so you will know it when you get there), after the storyline shenanigans are over, you can return to this port town and trigger an alarm at will that will cause mid game enemies to attack until you either leave the zone or turn the alarm off. It enables random encounters so you have to run up and down but well worth it for the loot and XP if grinding is your game.
As others have said, the game is SUPER easy and comfy as fuck anyway due to the broken ass materia system but its nice it allows you easy grinding spots if you want them.

This is fucking retarded, and easily the worst aspect of the PS4if we're not including the fact that the controller has a fucking useless flashlight attached, which you can't turn off, so it drains the battery, and reflects off the TV.

The irony here is, you would have to have some severe ADD if you get bored of a game after playing it once.
Some of us play what we feel like playing, instead of just playing the flavor of the month and moving on.
One thing that always disappoints me about space exploration games is the fact you more or less play as your ship. You can't step out of the pilot's seat and explore your ship, can't explore planets or do stuff on foot, etc
Is there a game that lets you do that?
Not that I know of aside from shit like Space Engineers.
I feel the opposite, I want my space games to have as little to do with anything but my ship as possible
