The gunplay is kinda fun, but it's barely noticeable because of how shit everything else is. RoRdevs wanted to shit out another game too quickly and didn't take the time to make something that's actually fun. They spend too much time on /agdg/ asking for advice about vampire slut dance moves.

Console-only FPS should be illegal. I think Splatoon is fucking awesome and I want to play it but I just can't enjoy it because it's impossible to enjoy FPS games without a keyboard and mouse and no, motion control shit is no proper substitute. At the very least, consoles should have some sort of KB+M peripheral for these sorts of games.
