Why aren't there any regular FPS games with accessible map editors built in?
I've been trying out a bunch of those "minecraft with guns" games, and they're all shit.
It would be amazing if we could get a simple voxel FPS with non-goofy physics with an expansive map editor that anyone can pick up.
Just look at some of the maps people have made in Minecraft. Someone remade an entire replica of Shadow Moses island from MGS, and people have made entire Pokemon regions using the simple block setup, imagine playing TDM on maps like these.
I'm just rambling, but I think it'd be great if we got some more games with easy to use map editors built in and community capabilities. Adds tons of replayability knowing there's a shit ton of custom maps.
CSGO has a shit ton of maps, I will say, but not anyone can jut make maps.
I'm just rambling, it's late, but I think once you get past the cringey statement of "Minecraft meets call of duty" taglines, the concept is one that could offer fun.

Far Cry 2 did / does.
I feel it's the publishers not doing the work to include the map editor in the consumer product, wanting to maintain control over the content, and the average player being too lazy.
So, after being disappointed with the Overwatch beta, I heard about this game and started playing it recently. I've been having a lot of fun with it.
So, I want you guys to try to ruin it for me. What exactly is wrong with this game?

Still in beta and probably always will be, like DayZ.
Updates take 2-3 months for maybe one map release.
It's fun and allows for some crazy high skills with long wall jumps. Fast as hell and takes precise aim, no RNG bullet bullshit.

PC owner here, what do console owners do if something inside a console breaks?
Since they don't sell individual parts for consoles, do you just throw the whole thing out?

I haven't had any consoles break on me yet. My girlfriend left a disc inside her PS3 and left it in her car, upside down though. The adhesive on the disc melted and fucked up the whole drive. I took it apart and replaced it. It's a lot like swapping out PC parts, and you can buy most of the parts online. It's a bit of hassle disassembling and reassembling, but it's doable.
Send it to Sony/MS/Nintendo for repairs.
Fees are extremely high.
Buy a replacement part off eBay, Amazon, or Newegg, and fix it.
Just like PCs.

Fans who think the batmobile is so cool ruined it.
The bat mobile was only used in the show to show batman was rich to have a jet car and transition him into another scene.
Dumb fans glorified it into some stupid batman staple and it ruined the game

Side quests are bullshit rescue firefighters, police, find the man-bat, wait for signals
Boss fights are absolute dogshit
It was pretty great desu. There's a lot of everything as it is by far the largest Batman game so even if you don't like the car stuff you can glide or punch dudes all you want in other parts of the game.
IMO, it was too long and too large and the major plot was just way too predictable. The only thing keeping me going was the Joker and Batman's interactions which were really fantastic. I'm a huge fan of the Arkham series and AK is just as good as Asylum imo.
