I want to burn some Dreamcast games to play with my friend, who's a bit of a casual (loves Uncharted, etc) so I wanna show him some really fucking weird Japanese games. I've crossed out Seaman due to lack of microphone, I'm thinking about Roommania. Any recommendations?
Show him REZ. It's by far the best for what you're looking for. Does he have a good sound setup and do you have the dreamcast cables that can output in stereo?
Tech Romancer is just about the only fighting game I've liked so try that.

It's not that amazing. Everyone hails it as Platinum's Gears of War, but that's all it is.
It's an improvement on the GoW concept, but considering it wasn't a very good premise to begin with, there's not much you can do with it.
