I think it's mainly the mustache and the voice. It just seems ridiculous and out of place in a fantasy setting. Zevran in DA:I fit much better.

Hero mode would be cool though, with a higher difficulty. The demo area-enemies seemed kinda weak. But, hopefully, other areas are more difficult.
I bought Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask for the 3DS despite my inner hate for nintendo.

I wish people would stop referring to individual characters as "classes". Anyway Hanzo isn't too bad. His ult is great for area denial and catching out shitters.
He's very fun to play as, and I've found that I usually do pretty well on defense when I play him. Not as useful on attack but not bad on some maps. He works best on maps with some high ground to snipe from, worst from king of the hill maps. I'm ok with someone on my team picking him as long as it isn't on some map like Illios, or on a team where we already have a widowmaker or another hanzo.

It was kinda overshadowed by FO4 when it came out.

What went wrong?
Nothing went wrong, really. It's just that people who used to play MMOs either grew up or are so jaded with MMO hopping trying to find that initial spark, and blame things like a lack of 'exploration' or 'community' when both are still very much alive.
What people want and what people like are two different things. Devs made the mistake of listening to what people want, rather then what people like.
Everyone in an MMORPG WANTS cool shiny gear. Everyone WANTS something that makes them unique. Everyone WANTS to be awesome. But in reality, you have more fun wanting those things, and working towards those things, than actually having the thing it self.
The problem is, making everything too easy. Gives you a quick fix, and you're done with it.

I just wanted to share with you guys this game because it is honestly one of my favorite multiplayer shooters of all time.
It's no BF2, but it's the best modern iteration and it always feels intense to play.
