It isn't completely dead. Japanese games often come as PS4/Vita pairs.
But it isn't truly alive. It has no support from Sony, and I can't imagine its selling much at all anymore. That said, as long as games keep coming who gives a shit either way? Owners can keep playing, nonowners aren't missing much
