I haven't played too many RTS's, but I'm kinda high and really want to buy starcraft. What expansions should I buy, and also is there a base-game I have to get or can I just get, say, LoV and play ladder and stuff?

You only have to by LotV. The games are standalone and only give you the other campaigns.

I'd consider it at 20, but even then, it's super overhyped, lukewarm crap, that repeats the same trick, over and over again, throughout the entire game. On top of that, the MP and SnapMap elements are just plain shit.
Get Serious Sam 3: BFE instead. It's much better oldschool-style shooter.

No. The multiplayer and mapmamker are shit, and the single player has garbage level design.
Reminder that there is literally no reason to not buy Battleborn now. With the sale having it at a more reasonable price, you should at least give it a try if you want a good MOBA/FPS. I know the game will have longevity after the sale since many people will buy it and come to like it after the great deal the sale gives.

Because somebody broke the game according to Bill Trinen and figured out how to create a hovecraft by interlocking metal plates and using magnesis on one of them to fly around like Static.
That means you could fly out of the plateau without the parasail.

I especially like how the entire game up to the end of the expansion is made for single player and friends or other randoms can't join you. Basically forced to play majority of the game solo in an MMO
My type of game, I don't want to play with anybody or talk to anybody when I play an MMO, no clue why they try to force me to play with other players in a genre that is meant for multiplayer, dumb western fags

The only reason to attempt to make in an MMO off a series as shitty and incoherent as FF is to try and beat WoW.
And they tried twice, three times if you remember how FFXIV was just a copy pasted piece of shit when it first came out, they failed miserably on all three.
Just accept it, and deal with it, this is coming from someone who hasn't played FFXIV or WoW because MMOs are literal trash, even worse than actual FF games are and that says a lot because they are like single player MMOs but easier.
