I can only imagine how bad this gets, I watched the first one and dropped it harder than a fat chick drops salad. Between this and, from what I hear, Twilight YA fiction and the movie adaptations no consist of nothing but unapologetic Mary Sue nonsense.
The ending really sealed the deal for me, I mean, I knew Jlaw was gonna make it but "oh we'll have two winners for the first time ever, her and her love interest, Marty Stu" man, that made me want to go out and start hunting kids for sport.
The only good I'd have to say about it was I didn't get the feeling that it ripped off Battle Royale any more than that film ripped off any gladiator movie I've ever seen.

Watched this for the first time recently and it absolutely lived up to the hype, which I didn't think possible. Definitely one of the greatest films.
Playing Metal Gear Solid 2 made me get this movie a bit better. 9/10 I'd say easily.
