>Han solo and Chewbacca have been partners for well over 30 years
>Han solo shoots Chewie's bowcaster for the first time during this movie
Are you fucking kidding me with this shit?
That bothered me just as much as the fact that they needed a clean ship, so they went to Maz, but ended up taking the trackable Falcon back to the resistance base and straight to Luke anyway.
>>64032709
That seemed like improve from Ford that JJ just decided to keep in the movie.
Was there a bowcaster in IV, V, or VI?
Do they mention when Chewie got his bowcaster?
Did he get it the day before they found the Falcon?
Is she the most pure-hearted character in the Star Wars universe? Seriously, does she have any negative traits?
her sweety smelly feets
>>64032610
She tried to kill my boy Kylo there at the end and she looked pretty mean doing it. I think once she gets her period she's going full dark side on us.
She's kind of an idiot, and she's clearly not in control of her emotions.
If that gulf hadn't have opened up between her and Kylo, she would have murdered him.

So why do people like this show?
Because it's exceedingly convoluted so if you manage to follow along with it then you can feel smart or something.
Its funny.
Also, Opinions.
>>64032526
Because its style of humor is mor witty and often requires a little more thinking and drawing connections than sitcoms that use a laugh track to tell you when to laugh do

DID YOU SEE STAR WARS YET
Best part of the movie.
That's not Senior Bob
Jennifer Jason Leigh was easily the best part of the movie and no other role or performance even came close.
Tim Roth wasn't even good, though.

Is the 9th season of this show even worth watching? I could easily watch 4-5 episodes of the show at a time but in season 9 i get uninterested after 10 mins of 1 episode.
>>64031676
none of them are good. if you can actually stomach 10 minutes of any episode you are some kind of backwards autist. jd is the faggiest person ever. the jokes are horrible. the only good parts are the side characters. and i'm not even talking about cox or the mexican gril. im talking about true side characters like gooch.
scrubs is a fucking bad tv show. it is nbc formulaic bullshit at its pinnacle. you might as well watch friends.
i bet you like the films of wes anderson

The prequels are comfy as fuck. Fun storytelling, awesome worlds, great characters, awesome action, and meaningful moments. True Star Wars.
I noticed that before 2009, a lot of people liked the prequels. Many were disappointed, but few outright hated them, and like I said, A LOT of people were willing to say they liked them. A thread like this couldn't exist today:

Indeed. As soon as the word "Plinkett" is tossed, you can safely disregard the person that made said utterance.
Prequel hate is nothing but a meme. Only intelligent intellectuals are able to see behind the illusion and grasp the ingenious storytelling and world-building the prequels deliver.
Do not stoop down to the level of all drones that parrot the same hackneyed "criticism" they veil as nothing but the repetitive phrase a la "DUDE PLINKETT LMAO". It's a schtick, a tiring at that.
The prequels are infused with grandeur...

As a child (around 12) I thought the prequels were cool as fuck, the lightsaber duels, the action and especially the podracing. Although if I watched them now I'd find them absolute shit.
Geonosis, Naboo, the cloning facility, Corasaunt, the wookie planet, Mustafa, the trade federation, droid armies, podracing, new spaceships. So much new shit, a lot of it no good but still new. And with all this new stuff the extended universe had a lot of material to work with.
I hope now that episode VII is done as a soft reboot, episode VIII will experiment more and do something new.

How come Droidism is never brought up again in the Star Wars universe besides this one little scene?
there's another scene where bb8 gets denied service at a restaurant if Im not mistaken

Why exactly did Fin leave the First Order again, the exact reason? Was it because he was ordered to kill innocent people, that he was killing for the First Order, or simply shock from battle because his comrade died in front of him?I just dont understand why he had no problem killing people less than a few hours, if not one hour, later when he shot down many stormtroopers while leaving the star destroyer
