Where do you get these numbers from? The SORA prognosis accounts for the postal vote - and that's why it's 50/50 up there. They made a very educated guess (based on the first result as well as the demographics of how requested a postal ballot). 60% of the outstanding postal vote is not unrealistic at all.
A few thousand votes will decide the election, that's why everyone's holding out on the result, but several institutes in Austria have, independent of each other, made forecasts that all see VdB slightly in the lead.
