Recently I've made a recolor of Star Wars Imperial star Destroyer papercraft model to make Admiral Thrawn's flagship "Chimaera".

There are 4 color variations avaiable.
Photos, templates and a short how-to (sorry, in Russian only at the moment, but pictures are self-explanatory) can be found on my blog: http://www.blog.private-universe.net/series/star-wars-chimaera-papercraft/

Hey /po/, does anyone happen to have a copy of the 2019 Wonder Festival Morgana car paper craft? Just found out this exists! Would appreciate if anyone has the template :)

Just found out this is going to be available at Wonder Fest next week. Can someone grab a copy and scan it? It’s only about $10 USD.

Hi all. Used to frequent this board 8 or so years ago when I was in highschool and had more time to work on papercraft and origami. At some point back then, some kind anon came along with a massive archive of rare/difficult to find Gundam designs, offering individual designs to folks who were interested. I was lucky enough to snag a good chunk of them, and ended up hoarding them on a hard drive for several years.

A couple of years ago, I had a lot of time on my hands, and started working on (in my opinion) the most intricate model of the lot, though I never had the time to finish it, and it sat in progress in my closet for 3 years. With the quarantine, I've had time to start up on it again, first time I'm doing papercraft in a while, and I'm really enjoying it. Pic related, guessing I'm around 20% done, spent at least 100+ hours on it so far.

Anyways, wanted to give back a bit and share the archive of models I've been sitting on. They're all Gundam, and all pretty complex/difficult/intricate models. A lot of the instructions/guides are very poor quality/non-English, so some creativity/sleuthing might be required for some models. The one I'm working on is "[One Piece] - MSA-0011 Bst Plan303e Deep Striker".

https://drive.google.com/open?id=16Mi2h0VCqLAsFFAoJKMktrvccgSE0G0b

Anyways, anyone enjoy building Gundam models? What are folks working on? I know nothing about the Gundam franchise, but they're my favorite models to make in papercraft. The medium lends itself really well to the models, and they often require the greatest level of technical skill/detail, which is what I enjoy most about the craft. Anyways, glad this board is still kicking, hope all is well.

many thanks for the offering, i loved building the deep striker gundam had to mount it on a wooden base though as it got a bit heavy once built ^__^. I thought that i had most of the models out there (think i've about 19gb worth) but there was actually a couple i had been looking for so many thanks...

Of course! That's a very impressive build, looks very clean. It looks like you have a different template than the one I've been using, judging by some of the details -- where did you find your version?
>>
thanks and yep its the one piece version here's the one that i worked from http://www.mediafire.com/file/nxzthezznlsjviw/%255BOne_Piece%255D_-_MSA-0011_Bst_Plan303e_Deep_Striker.rar/file

What do you do when you find a c.p in monochrome...and want to change the lines into clearly defined mountains and valleys?
I prefer blue valley and red mountain ..but how do i decide on what line to colour first?

They alternate
>>
>>580421
Stating the obvious..
>>
>>580369
depends are you looking at the model from the inside or outside, should the lines be present in the final collapsed model?
if so you will begin with a mountain (usually)
the central parts that alternate because they're folding through the pleats are usually left as is since they change often depending on the flap orientation

Anyone have this pattern?

I am looking for advice on how to extract a 3d model from .dds files and then import it into pepakura to make a papercraft model. I am completely new to this and only want to use it to make a Jill Valentine papercraft.

If you are not able to find it you can buy it from here. It doesn't seem that expensive.
