>Experimental Noise Rock, Drone Metal/Ambient/Instrumental Hip Hop
Released my first album on Halloween, it's full of noise rock, but it also includes drone metal/ambient/instrumental hip hop tracks thrown in for variety. The free download also comes with some liner notes I made. I'm also already working on new tracks that are heavily influenced by Dreamcrusher.

Planning on listening to everybody (or at least attempting to) who posts.
>Experimental Hip Hop, Noisy As Fuck
Dreamcrushers latest EP.
Heavily affected Techno and House, "light" DNB and Drone influences

I'm an aspie genius who thought I hated music, because it all sounded like repeatitive, uninspired shit, until I found jazz and new wave. But in the last couple years with Spotify, i've amassed a collection of amazing music which imo is better than any of the shit I see on /mu/. my favorite genres are jazz, downtempo, bossa nova, deep house, drum and bass, synthwave, maybe vaporwave
you guys are pleb tier.
>HURR listening to metal in 2015
>HURR Kpop is good even though it is the most soulless commercial music in existance, where the dancers are hired to perform Justin Bieber-quality pop bullshit
In my superior informed opinion, the purpose and utility of music is that it has a poweful effect on emotion. So this means that the best types of music are those that can create the most unique and sublime emotions.
If you dont LOVE all of these tracks, you have BAD TASTE AND YOU SHOULD FEEL BAD:

Does /mu/ like Australian music?
>>60362484
Not these hacks. The Avalanches, Nick Cave, and Tame Impala are fine.
>>60362484
I do, I'm Australian myself, but outside of Nick Cave, Tame Impala and Courtney Barnett, I really don't know how to find Australian artists and bands.
I love Devo's first, punky album but I'm pretty lukewarm towards all the slicker pop-funk stuff they did after that. Can someone recommend me a band or bands that have that kind of weird robotic/alien energy of Devo's first album?
I already know The Coneheads and love them - more like that please.
I think early Devo is sort of like the Residents.
Polysics, if you don't mind Japanese stuff.
Human Eye maybe?

get a Rat (distortion), a TC Electronics Hall of Fame (bunch of reverb sounds), and an EHX Memory Boy Deluxe (or its $65 clone, the Behringer Time Machine) which has delay, vibrato, and chorus. I don't really fuck with wah, phase, tremolo, or flanger.

/mu/ are there any tracks which use the Watergate tapes or samples of Nixon's speech in a vaporwave of similar style? There needs to be something done wit this. He fucking condemns all "kikes and niggers" constantly and says shit that everyone knows is true, but is afraid to say. Show me some Nixonwave.

also there was no reason to bring up your personal political beliefs, you could have just said it would be cool for some one to sample the watergate tapes.

I don't know if this is unpopular but:
