I don't share that often but tonight I want to.
I started going to metal show sin 2002 when I was 14-ish. My Mom took me to Ozzfest 2002 and I was hooked. I knew from that day I was going to go to every metal show I could.
I wanted a reasonable life goal with shows. So I put a number at 1,000. I want 1,000 concerts before I die. Right now I stand at 182.
99% of shows I go to are metal. But I like to collect drumsticks of the bands that I am going to see. So I just wanted to share my collection with /mu/ since no one I know truly knows what I have.

Hatebreed is my favorite band ever. I have seen them over 20 times. Matt Byrne recognizes me at shows and throws them to me without question.
So I have 6 of his in my collection.
Slayer is another one of my favorite bands. Obviously they are some of the Gods of thrash.
So here are my Paul Bostaph sticks. 2 from Slayer (2013, and 2014) plus 1 from when he was in Exodus in 2006 on a Hatebreed tour.
I love this shit.
I think 1000 might be a bit big but i respect that. I normally dont collect drum sticks from shows, but I should start up again

you need to buy bongos to learn them
if you don't have hands you might want to buy some prosthetic ones for accessories, but it's not needed
Run them through a reverb pedal
