good places to start would be RA & Boiler Room sets even tho they arent that great
once you find all the genres/artists/labels you like id recommend using stuff like discogs to explore all their works, look up their sets on youtube/soundcloud etc

Personally I don't intentionally listen to music while sleeping. I anyways have trouble sleeping, and worry often about how much sleep I am getting. So listening to music gives me a sense of time wasted.
However, I fell asleep to Dopesmoker on a road trip and that was a cool experience.
