I finally got my shit together /mu/
I'm looking into getting a decent pair of headphones for future sound mixing/editing.
I'm also looking into just an all-around decent headphone to relax and just listen to music.
My ideal price range is 80-170
The models i've been eyeing are the Seinheiser 598, Sony MDR7506, or the Audio-Technica ATH-M50X.
What one is the best to go with or are my choices shit, and if so, what would you recommend?
I would ask /tv/, but as I'm sure you guys know, they're pretty unhelpful and mostly autistic when it comes to creating just about anything.

best out of those is the 598. even so, the 558 has the exact same driver for less.

Learn the standard major and natural, harmonic, and melodic minor scales. Learn how to play arpeggios spanning multiple octaves. Start doing Hanon exercises. Understand music theory starting with basic harmony (triads and seventh chords in both root and 1st, and 2nd inversions) and rhythm by understanding not values. If you want to get into jazz start learning basic 2 5 1 sequences in different fingering positions. Learn standard progressions and understand roman numeral values for each chord in each key. start with the I, IV, and V chords for major scales and then move onto minor scales. If you're trolling then go play the guitar so you don't have to learn what music theory be.

it had some good songs and is very original regardless of the 'simplicity' that critics bring up. some of the most critically acclaimed albums using basic song structures, simple melodies but are still able to convey emotion. this album is a gem in the formulaic hip hop culture. no other artist could pull this off
