Depends on where you live honestly. Big cities with large lgbt communities (like Seattle or San Fransisco) are no problem. You will still run into the occasional girl whose not down for trans girls, but in my experience most of them are at least willing to give it a shot

Some sources say typically no larger than a large A cup, while other say no bigger than your female relative, yet I know people that have natural D cups from hormones and their sister maybe a B cup. I certainly feel significantly different, I never had a romantic relationship, I've never had any close friends, or indeed any friends for the last six years, I don't understand many social conventions, or common viewpoints, I can't wear a great deal of clothing because the fabric is too rough, I'm very uncoordinated, I still can't even tie shoelaces. I am also all of those things, except I managed to learn how to tie my shoes by struggling for a while at age 19, and I have a good friend in the head of the chess club (I very much enjoy chess). There are some other people who come to the chess club regularly too, but I think of them more as acquaintances rather than friends.
But I don't know that I've met someone who DOESN'T feel significantly different, and who DOESN'T have difficulty understanding a lot of social conventions.
