Hey /lgbt/, I'm just some bisexual psychology college student attending a small school in rural Maryland. I had some past knowledge about the anti-LGBT propaganda law that was passed in Russia a while ago, as well as the atrocious conditions in which gays there are forced to live in. However, I just saw the videos that some Russian neo-nazi hate groups have been uploading to the Internet, where they are torturing and humiliating LGBT youth. These videos have not only made me despise Russia in this sense; I am just disgusted by humanity as a whole.

I've been thinking a lot about transition recently. I've come to the conclusion that it's utterly useless as far as dysphoria goes.
Think about it this way, no matter how good of a transition you get, you'll never be biologically the gender you're transitioning into. For FtM's, you'll never have a penis, just fat built up over your vagina made to look like a penis, and you'll have 100% fake testicles. For MtF's, you'll never have ovaries and you'll merely have a disfigured, inverted penis.

You think we don't already know this? we're not complete idiots. We know we'll never be completely biologically male/female, but we want to get as close as we can, and we want to look the part. Transition might not be enough for you, but it solves a lot of dysphoria for a lot of us. Why do you think so many people would do it if it were truly "utterly useless."

Do men's shoulders expand massively at the age of 21?

There is a width expansion of the shoulders and rib cage in the 18 to 25 age range. Facial features may continue to slowly change into the thirties.
My rib cage went from a size 30 to a size 44 suit in that period. Little was muscle.
Skeletons don't ossify until well into adulthood, which is why hrt is fucking magic for young people.
