I have semi feminine manerisms and my voice is pitched high enough to pass as maybe deep girls voice/just really gay. If you need the loo get your sister or mum (whichever is most likely to jump in and defend you should some one clock you) I've never had any issues with public toilets but I still make my GF go with me every time. Its a good idea to loose weight before HRT and put it on after. This is because the fat doesn't move at all. Its just new fat is put in feminine areas instead of manly areas. If you have a gut before HRT, it won't magically migrate unless you actually burn off the fat and then put it back on.
