There are already such companies. That's what the type 10 FFL is for.
Yuo only need the stamp for the gun and explosive rounds. Depending on the size of shell and powder used you may also need an FEL and to follow their regs as well.

So I was looking at my nuggets oil kit and I thought it would make for a good flask only downside I'm not sure what to use to clean out the remaining oil... Obviously I don't want oil in my whiskey but considering it's so old and caked on I have a feeling it might still taste fucked but anyways any suggestions on the best way to make it clean by removing old oil I was thinking high percentage rubbing alcohol and some rock salt and then multiple washings of boiling water? If you think it's a retarded idea I don't really care it's sturdy as fuck and would hold a few shots worth on the go... Just trying to find use from all this surplus shit that's not really relevant anymore..

carrying a gun is way more accurate and reliable

You guys have helped me a lot in the past so here is where I am at. Been looking at this or one off of GB. Everything I have seen seems good; lefty friendly, made by kebab removers and not kebab, very well liked by everyone who has used them. Only thing I am worried about is finding spare parts down the road and more mags.
If I didn't get this it was going to be either a Jericho or a Sig P320/250.
