>Drone pilots around the country—even those who don’t have any interest aerial weaponry—find themselves in the odd position of having to root for a Connecticut teenager and his homemade, weapon-mounted drones.

>Shortly after posting the megaviral “Flying Gun” video last July and its followup, “Roasting the Holiday Turkey,” Austin Haughwout and his father, Bret Haughwout caught the attention of the Federal Aviation Administration, which opened an investigation on the family.

>The Haughhwouts refused to comply with a Federal Aviation Administration subpoena demanding photographs and video, receipts for the flamethrower, YouTube audience, advertising, and monetization information, and other evidence that could be used against the family in court should the FAA decide that a crime was committed.

Confirmed title is Soldado. Villeneuve won't be directing this one. It might still be good, but...

They've got some guy best known for an Italian TV series instead. I don't have much hope.

YES I want to see him remove tacos.
>So is emily blunt
for what purpose, all they're doing is looking at Benicio's character in more detail

>Firearm owners have no constitutional right to carry a concealed gun in public, a divided U.S. appeals court in California ruled on Thursday, upholding the right of officials to only grant permits to those facing a specific danger.

>The decision by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, a victory for gun control advocates which sets a legal precedent in western states, was seen as unlikely to be reviewed by the U.S. Supreme Court in the near future.

>The San Francisco-based court, in a 7-4 decision, found California's San Diego and Yolo counties did not violate the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which protects the right to bear arms, when they denied some applicants a concealed firearm license.

>"We hold that the Second Amendment does not protect, in any degree, the carrying of concealed firearms by members of the general public," Judge William Fletcher wrote in a 52-page opinion.

>Sheriffs in the two California counties had limited their permits to applicants showing "good cause" to be armed, such as documented threats or working in a wide range of risky occupations.

>The ruling places the 9th Circuit Court in line with other U.S. appellate courts that have upheld the right of officials in the states of New York, Maryland and New Jersey to deny concealed carry applications in certain cases.

>The U.S. Supreme Court in 2013, in the middle of a raging national debate on guns, declined to weigh in on whether firearm owners have a constitutional right to carry concealed guns.
Fuck any mod who moves this off the board

Some good might come of this since OC cases will definitely be brought now though, and maybe eventually reversal on this one day.

Looking to getting one of these for my Shield. While I have really no big complaints about the stock trigger, I notice the sights jump around a bit when the trigger breaks and it throws my groups off.

Would installing the Duty/Carry kit cut my groups down even at slow fire shooting?

Mosins are actually a great starter rifle and Im not even a poor fag.

can keymod/mlok mount things as tightly as pic rails? I was thinking about theoretically skipping pic rails altogether and just getting either keymod or mlok and adding the scope mounts directly to that (btw that is possible, right? Shouldn't you be able to directly mount scope mounts to them?) as long as it could be as solid or more solid than pic rails. So, which do you prefer?

All handguards come with a picatinny rail on top.
>>
>>30234878
y tho

I mean, seriously, couldn't a handguard that had one of the others allow for an even lower profile optic mount?
>>
>>30234918
To keep it flush with the rail on the upper receiver and to make sure that an optic mounted on there will hold zero. Keymod/MLOK are still not stable enough for optics
