Okay you guys, I need an opinion/tiebreaker. I'm looking into getting an m&p 9, or a glock 19. Both seem to be very solid options, and I can't decide. What are your thoughts, /k/?
G19 simply because of its size.
M&P has better stock sights though, but is also larger.
If S&W ever made a G19 sized M&P id buy one the next day.

What do you think of having a 5.56mm DMR in today's warfare? I mean, right now 2 types of warfare that are pretty prevalent; urban warfare and jungle warfare.
These two seemingly different kind of warfare do share one thing in common; engagement range. Both urban and jungle warfare are fought in very close range, so having a big DMR would be redundant imo.
Philippines have successfully implemented such rifle. It's called "Marine scout sniper rifle"

Rifles fine. I dislike how they don't use a milspec FSB with bayonet lug and sling swivel but its not worth changing out IMO famalam. Get a sling and get a shit ton of mags since I assume you're new or you wouldn't have bought an AR from Ruger (and you wouldn't think the SR is vastly superior, pistons are heavy and suck unless you're shooting suppressed or full retard).

Your brain, as in learn about your rifle inside and out. Learn how to zero it. Know what size buffer tube it has in case you want a different stock. Buy a bore guide.
