It's good at what it does and would be great for competition or someone who has a decent bit of cash for optics and doesn't want to do a regular 1-4x or a low power scope with piggyback red dot or aimpoint + magnifier.
I don't compete and would not benefit from it, and I wouldn't consider it for military uses.
So my stepfather has started up a firearms company and is currently manufacturing ARs and suppressors for foreign contracts and the local sheriff's department. He's smalltime right now but has a ton of tooling. My question to you all is what are unique and interesting things (doesn't have to just be for an AR) that you would like to see on the market?

Owned one for past 10 years 26" I shot trap and skeet with. Other than a bore snake I haven't cleaned it once. Shot a consistent 100-200 round a weekend for 2 years during college while shooting trap and skeet. Never had malfunction until about 3 months ago shooting sporting clays, it started ejecting the next shell in the tube instead of loading it and a quick spray of rem oil didn't fix it so it's been laying on my floor to be disassembled and cleaned.
I highly reccomend it. If I bought again I'd get the pistol grip since it'll be nicer...

The 2 less inches of barrel length is a trade-off for ease of use in three gun. 26" is a common trap/skeet length.

But there was reason. A large force would have just moved slower and elicited a larger response faster. The idea was to be in and out with the Somalis only finding out as the packs were in tow. It was dumb luck that they were able to scramble a defense/destroy a bird in the first 30 minutes.
Imo, if they rolled with a night time raid, shit would of been better. Ask mcknight said in the movie which makes sense " No Spectre gunships, daylight instead of night, late afternoon when they're all fucked up on Khat, only part of the city Aidid can mount a serious counter-attack on short notice..."

Help me out /k/. When I was 15 I was put in observation by my mom and diagnosed with depression. This diagnoses lasted less than five months. I disagree with the diagnoses and have never felt depressed. Can I purchase a firearm? I have read the regulations but am confused about the "commited" part.
