Russia+NK are militarily far more powerful than the USA could ever be, here are some reasons why.
1. Russia+NK have far better infantry than the USA. RPG-29 can penetrate M1A2 Abrams at 875m. The RPK-74 is also much stronger than the M60. Spetsnaz also have RPO and USA has no counter. Metys-M can penetrate M1A2 Abrams from 1575m, Super Dragon might have 1925m but can't penetrate any armor.
2. Russia+NK have far better transports than the USA. BTR-80A, BTR-90, Mi-24D HELLO? Even the Bradley is outmatched by the BMP-3 which can fire its missiles while moving...

Unless you buy used, you're not getting a rifle pistol and shotgun with that budget. And even then you won't get much. I recommend you save more, so you can get better quality. You get what you pay for in all things, usually.

My vote would be for Michael Wittmann. As a former tanker in the US Army, he is my idol. When I was a gunner I kept a photo of him in the gunner's station. He started out in a Stug III proving himself as a good tanker, destroyed many tanks, and anti tank guns (anti tank guns are more difficult to survive and destroy as they are hidden), always took the initiative, proved himself as a leader, and was a true National Socialist 'till the end.

I'm airborne and I think it's a waste of fucking time, as does just about every other Joe in my battalion. The only people who love this shit are jumpmasters and the battalion commander.

Glider operations would be viable, as they don't spread people out over miles, and allow you to deliver armor with the troops.
Airborne operations as they currently exist in the US military are just a dated waste of money/lives.
But that's true with a lot of US doctrine, they half ass on everything because "muh air power will win the war".
Just shut up and stay current or get cool with whoever fills out the logs and just pencil push a few jumps.
It's pretty fun to break the daily routine to go jump. I like it man shacking shoots isn't even that bad either just shake your shoot and fuck off the rest of the day.
