depends. still life, portraiture, landscape? when I can. surreal of fantasy stuff? I'll just use various photos for reference (my own or from google)
Took a life drawing class on campus last semester and I've been drawing pic related drawings for a few months now.

ITT: we try to come to a consensus on when Dave Rapoza became better than Dan Warren currently is(2016)at art.
My vote goes to this piece which was posted on December 19th 2008.
Yes it's quasi-anime fuckery; but it's reasonably rendered and Dave didn't clusterfuck his focal point into oblivion by overloading the piece with detail(something I don't think I've ever seen Dan not do).

We decided to buy him a tablet, but im broke as fuck, so they asked me to make him a card with a drawing or some shit.
