What would be the easiest way to get a sort of "leathery" texture going in photoshop, like the one in pic related?

Get a black and white leather texture.
Make sure everything you want to look like leather is below this texture in your layers.
set the layer style of the leather texture to something like soft light (others work too, it depends on what colours you want the leather to be and what finished effect you're going for) and have layers underneath define the colour/pattern you want to achieve.

Or if you want some specific leather texture you can use a texture as the base and then put your stuff over and use some layers styles...

Can anyone help me with InDesign? I'm new to it and I'm trying to make the picture posted into my master page. Essentially, I need to use that format for 6-10 pages and the middle will have a different picture, but everything else will stay the same -- can't seem to figure it out.
Also, why is it that I add a pic to the middle (1080p), it exports somewhat blurry in PDF. How can I change this? Thanks

You aren't designing on the mast page right now, you just have it highlighted in the pages window.
You can see what page you have selected by the blue box surrounding the number of the page.
To select the master page you need to double click where it says "A-Master" in the pages window.
As for the pdf issue, I can't say until I see your export settings.

Im making a poster for a project, and I'm looking for the font(s) in this picture. I'm also wonder how I might get a 90s poster filter (i have an example that ill post next). I know this is a slow board but I'm hoping someone has some insight
every time I search for 90s poster filters or font I'm given like fresh prince or graffiti. Such sadness is the recollection of that time.

what are you talking about? no filter will give you the effect you want.
if you're talking about the stuff at the top of the 1st image, take a badly underexposed JPEG and slam up the exposure in photoshop.
otherwise, it's just collaging elements with flatly rendered 3d models and handpainting the 'effect' lines in.

There's a bazillion sources out there, he/she didn't "forget" anything. Personally, I hate brusheezy and vecteezy.
I have also found a great resource in behance.com, people post their stuff for free DL all the time.
Also, deviantart.com, another free online art community that is full of free stuff
I've recently found dealjumbo.com. I signed up for the weekly newsletters and they regularly give a special paid vector, image, font, etc. For free.

Hello, I'll admit this is my first time coming to this board, but I need some help with Ai.
I have a project in my Intro to Graphic Arts and Design class that was due yesterday, but my teacher hadn't informed me of it (I missed the assignment date).
The project requires that we trace out sections of an image (attached in post) with the pen tool and color each section to create a "cartoony" look.
My question to you guys: Is there any fast way of doing this, perhaps without the Pen Tool? I've done a bit of research and the Magic Wand...

If you're too lazy to do a 20 minute assignment, you're never going to get anywhere.
So I'm doing an animation in Illustrator for my college class (yes, it has to be Illustrator) but the problem is phantom frames. The animation was originally 400 frames but I cut it down to 200 to save time. Finished the animation and exported as a .swf by converting layers to frames, but after frame 200 it keeps playing frame 200 for 200 more frames as if frames 201-400 were still they. well. they aren't. So I need help finding out how to get rid of these phantom frames.
Each layer has only 1 sub layer (checked em' all myself)

Looks legitimate. I'm guessing a nationalist, more right-wing party? Eagle has connotations of America, but from a distance / ignoring that it looks like it could be a real party.
