How the fuck do I get in shape if I can't do 1 pushup... I've spent the last decade of my life being a loser and gaming 18 hours a day. I've never worked out before. I've recently started to eat a lot healthier but I'm extremely unfit and out of shape. I seriously can't work out.

alright dude here's what ya do;
get motivation to do it, think about what's gonna lie ahead once you start getting in shape.
then for the physical exercise and diet itself, just walk a lot or bike a lot(if you have one) and try to eat as little as possible but drink plenty of water. this is coming from someone who biked around miles a day, weighing about 330lbs, not eating jack shit but staying hydrated, results are never instant but they will come, ive lost weight from it and my metabolism is slower than death on crutches. i hope i helped bro

Start with small stuff, don't be embarrassed, everyone has to start somewhere. I recommend getting 10 lb dumbbells and doing curls ect. Walk on treadmill, or run. Whatever you can manage. Set small goals and slowly work from there. You're not hopeless anon, if you're serious about lifting then I'd recommend getting some protein mix or something along that line.
