long story short, the cops came to my area looking for some thieves, they broke into cars and I'm not sure why but they dumped some stuff on my street.
They broke into my car and while attempting to find something of value (its a mess) the female dropped her phone inside.
I have her phone, nudes, access to her email and instagram and another chat program whose password hasn't been changed.
The cops have not caught them as far as I know because she is still active on instagram and tried to call her boyfriend.
Any good ideas? I'm considering contacting them anonymously and having them dead drop money in a public place so they won't know who I am, then I simply turn over all my info to the police afterwards because they're pieces of shit. There are pics on the phone of a bunch of stuff they stole as well as history in the browser researching the items and pawn shops etc.
