I'm 99% sure that Black isMirai Zamasu, who hates humans due to them creating destructive creatures like the androids. In the future timeline they wiped out most of humanity so he's killing the rest of them off and plans to do so for every alternate universe's humanity. It's the only reason why someone with Zamasu's lol signature would even be in the future timeline to begin with.
