Well, Colorado is finished. Very disappointed, expected better, especially out of Denver's surrounding counties. Gilpin County is red/green/blue since it has an flag which can't be seen and is therefore using a seal to represent itself.
I'm a bit exhausted from making flags, so I think I'm just going to lurk for a while and take a break and maybe just mark Montana counties which have no flag.

Here's the full info on Bhutan costs.
You have a $250/200 cost per day of staying which covers practically all costs. Included in this tariff is a $65 royalty which goes towards feeding the poor, education, etc.
Groups of two or less face an extra surcharge of $40/day for an individual and $30/day for two people.
Children under 5 are free, children 6-12 receive a 50% discount on the tariff and 100% on the royalty.
Full time students under 25 years of age with valid identity from their institution receive a 25% discount for both (so, yes, university student counts).
If you go in a group of 11-15 people, one random person will receive a discount of 50%. Groups of 16+ people will have one person randomly get a 100% discount.
If you stay more than 8 nights, there is a discount of 50% on the royalty and after 14 nights it becomes 100%.
