Decided to start reading some manga after only watching anime. A lot of the stuff I want to read isn't available or doesn't have all of the chapters on online readers like batoto or mangafox, so torrenting is the only option, but reading manga with the image viewer is gonna be a pain in the ass.

What manga readers can you recommend?

I use mangastorm for downloading and reading.

Manga aggregate sites like Mangareader, Mangahere, etc should be good enough to find all available translated chapters.

go with manga aggregators for popular/old manga, I know they are shit and put watermarks on everything, but it's the easiest way.
>>
>>20538
I don't want to see compression artifacts that will make my eyes water up more than the manga itself anon, and I'm ready to put some effort into it if it means that I'll get higher quality content. Same thing applies to watching anime through streams or torrenting it.

Hey /wsr/. I'm volunteering as a web designer for an astronomy non-profit.
I have a hard time deciding what kind of look I should give to the site. Do you have any suggestions?

I will post some astronomy webpages which seem to look good to me. Please tell me which style looks the best, and what needs to be modified.

I have Pic related and when playing games there is this ghosting effect, is there a way to prevent it?

Try changing your anti aliasing settings

another problem may be vertical tear. Try to enable vsync and see if it reduce the problems.

Recommend me an anime similar to Madoka Magica.

Something with a story and characters that can really grab you but also has action in it.

I've already watched Kill la Kill so don't say it.

That's not specific enough of a request for anyone to fill. Cut out the vague nonsensical bullshit and people can actually help you instead of just spouting random anime at you that you may or may not enjoy.

Most anime with good fight scenes in it have pretty mediocre to shit tier writing, be it with plot or characters. Usually it's got one good and one awful.

I'm looking for an anime where I won't mind listing to character development and exposition for whole episodes between fights.

Most cases it just ends up cringy and/or boring.

Does anyone have any leads on a way to acquire the following movies? They aren't even on dvd that I could find. I do a Presidential movie marathon for 24 hours with a group of friends every year on President's Day and we've run out quickly of the more obvious ones so I'm trying to track down more obscure ones:

- First Lady (1937)

- Prince Jack

- Since (Kennedy Assassination)

- Loyal Opposition: Terror in the White House

- America: A Call to Greatness

- Peacekeeper: Hellbent

- The President's Mistress (1978)

- Shadows on the Land (United States: It Can't Happen Here)

- Executive Power (1997)

- Captain Nuke and the Bomber Boys

- Amazing Grace and Chuck

- Voulez-vous coucher avec God?

- Any of the episodes of the Secret Diary of Desmond Pfeiffer

Any help would be vastly appreciated.

Yo, I have this binary and it roughly translates to 㴥 but that's just Unicode . And I need to figure what exactly the binary is saying, here's the original. 10001110111001001100101011001010111010001

Is it possible that it's just the numbers and not necessarily characters?

Is there anything else you can give us to help us decode what it could mean?

Op here. The binary is the one that he sent to us. The 㴥 is what it translates to in English. We also have the 㴥 translated to html entities. Which Is 㴥

Something is up with your code, OP.

Do you know of any media (books, movies, games, etc) that use existentialism and absurdism as major themes, or at least as themes mentioned/explored? It doesn't have to be blatantly obvious, for example, one of my favorite things about Undertale was the concept of somebody continuing to actively exist knowing the meaningless absurdity of their situation.
I'm talking about Sans and the timeloops.
So even if the relation is sort of convoluted or subjective, I'd like to see if anyone's got anything.

Camus' "The Stranger" is a good place to start, along with his Sisyphus essay. Jean Paul Sartre also wrote on the matter but I'm not familiar with any of his actual works in it besides his essays. Look him up!

Would Groundhog Day fit? Phil also questions his situation as he finds a way out of the repeating day.

Coincidentally, the story I'm writing may interest you (search Cold Bricks Glow).

I really enjoyed a scanner darkly (the book, although the film is also good). Though I'm not sure if it's the kind of thing that you're looking for.

You could also follow Jaden Smith on twitter.
