Its an anime made around 2004 (i think) which a strong as hell little boy protects a girl from an enemy. It's a comedy romance, and its set on a desert like enviroment - kind of post-apocalyptic.

What language should I learn?
I obviously know English, but I also know Japanese to a good standard (two units during uni).
I was thinking either a Uralic or Indo-European language but anything goes I guess.
I would suggest something with lots of literature and online material, like French or German. If you can find people that speak it in your area then much better.
I tried Japanese like four years ago, only got to 1000 kanji and some basic grammar.

Is it worth watching the original Macross series if I've already seen Do You Remember Love, or is it just more of the exact same thing with worse animation?
Looking to explore more of the series and I'm not sure if I should start back at the beginning or just move onto the next show.
It's slightly different, but you really fucked up watching DYRL first.
It's like SDF macross with all of the charm, character interaction, and story coherence stripped out in exchange for gunbuster tier animation and fights. A lot of things are taken out and character interactions are completely stripped, and even the love triangle is altered to being only a few lines.
I'd definitely suggest watching SDF as many of the events play across differently and it only covers an augmented episode 6-24 or so, and even then outcomes aren't really the same and you get no closer compared to the anime.

At my job I listen to Japanese music all day, for about 9 hours. My library is a pretty decent size (42 GB, all Japanese), but I don't have anything from anime in there unless an artist releases the track on their album (Ex. LiSA put Crossing Field from SAO on one of her albums). I want to add more anime stuff to my library since it sounds different from the Japanese stuff that I normally listen to, but it would be a pain in the butt to go find a bunch of stuff. Does anyone have a large folder of stuff that they could share with me? Extra points if you keep it all organized by the series it's from.

So my backlog has grown really huge and i'm not sure that all of these shows are worth watching.
What should i watch right now? What should i save for a rainy day? What should i drop?
Watch Gankutsuou, Kino no Tabi, Monthly Grils, and start watching GaoGaiGar, Bunny Hat is doing the BD of it currently and is about 1/5th of the way done.
Also this is important, have you seen Gunbuster? If yes you're fine to watch Diebuster at any time, but it's not as good as Gunbuster, if no, watch gunbuster instead it's great.
Also Amagi Briliant park, Inuyasha, Deadman Wonderland, Jitsu wa Watashi wa, zankyou no terror, The devil is a part timer, and Hyouka are all pretty bad and I wouldn't recommend watching them, and I wouldn't even watch Monster Musume unless you are particularity fond of ecchi harems.

I recently bought a new computer tower from someone off of Facebook... so I booted it up and it worked perfectly the only problem is that it has the profile of the previous owner and it has a password on it so I cannot log in to change data or to format the hard drive....
Is there a way I can access the account or overwrite the password in order to rewrite it and be able to put my stuff into the computer?

So after using a 970 for maybe a year, I start getting random "display driver has crashed". When it first started it happend maybe once in a while, but now it's almost as soon as I begin playing a game. I started underclocking it to the "default" nvidia clocks, and it worked fine for a while, but then it started acting the same again.
It ran very hot when I didnt underclock, maybe around 90 degrees celsius on heavy load. But i've had crashes happen when it's as low as 70 degrees aswell.
Anyone have any experience with this issue ? im wondering if it might be the psu going bad if not the card itself is just broken.

Sounds like a bad driver. Try a different driver version even an older one but still one for your card and OS. Do a clean driver install. Those temps are definitely not normal, could be a hardware problem like your GPU fan failing or your driver might not be controlling fan speeds correctly under load.
