My PC was fine a few days ago but now I'm getting this error when I boot:

Boot from CD/DVD
I can't run safe mode and I've tried using bootrec.exe to rebuild the BCD but it couldn't find an OS, it was searching X: instead of C: however. Does anyone have any experience fixing this? Is my HDD just fucked?
Have you boot from a cd yet? like Hiren's and seen if you can see the drive at all from there?

Yeah I booted from a windows 7 install disc to get to command prompt to use bootrec.exe and it found my installation but then wouldn't search for it in C: for some reason

When you begin the setup process to select disks does it also show the disk?
Have you booted up with a Hiren's boot disc yet? or some disc with an operating system on it to check if you can navigate the drive like to backup or whatever?
So i closed my computer while Civ V was open.
Now CPU usage is always at 100% and this process called sistem interruptions is active.
I found out it could be due to drives but i cheked and its not...
My computer is the most valuable thing i have no joke.
Any ideas?

Either switch your UI to English, or go find a board that speaks Portuwhatever. You're far more likely to find useful advice somewhere where greater than a single-digit percentage of the userbase can actually read your screenshots.

A few days ago, I noticed that my computer was lagging and running much slower than normal. I noticed that my memory tends to hover around or above 90% when I use any sort of web browser. I'm not sure why this is, though. I have not downloaded anything recently that would take space away. I've run multiple scans for malicious programs, I updated windows, and i've restarted my computer multiple times, all to no avail. I have also tried to look up ways to compress the memory usage or get rid of programs...

I am trying, since about 6 hours now to get my PS3 wireless controller working. My 360 controller broke a week ago and the PS3 controller is the only one left. The problem is, it won't charge/connect properly.
When I first connected it via USB cable to my PC, a default driver installed and Win 8.1 recognized it as PS3 controller. I also have Input Mapper downloaded to use to controller since it normally doesn't work at for games and stuff. It does show up as connected in the program, but when I want to test it, nothing happens, it stays at...

You have a Bluetooth 2 dongle, and it needs Bluetooth 3.
AIUI, it can use USB to charge and to pair, but actual communication always uses Bluetooth.

I would install hyper-v server as "base os".
If possible, i'd like all of them to have trunked NIC's.

What are the options within that model that you can get? are you considering like 64GB of ram vs 128? are they all dual xeons? or are you considering quad core or something? for five vms you I'd say 32 GB would be OK for memory but I"m not even sure what a trunked nic is?

This is one of the best action anime movies ever made. From the visuals to the music to the action, everything is top notch and hard for anything else to compete. Get ready for some intense racing.

Apparently nobody can get in unless you sign in by creating an account. I can't get past the user name and password field for Malboro or Camel websites and I'm in the USA. I haven't tried creating an account yet though.

Yeah I got a bunch of emulators on my pc with a bunch of games too. You can try some of the best of each system since they're available, ps2 emulator is also good, try Clocktower, or resident evil 0 and remake for the gamecube.
What is a good 1-2 season anime that a pleb can get into? With the exception of the 'Normie tier' anime (DBZ, KLK, attack on titan) I've only seen:
