>Western Cave gives great experience, but quick runs of Team Hydro's Dojo maze give good exp. Using a linked move on the three in there give about 4.4k exp. Plus, every run of the Dojo refreshes the town's Kecleon Shops. They have a chance of selling Joy Seeds for 3000 Poke a pop in the postgame.

Well I mean if you want to finish the story, it's worth it. There are three dungeons with story and a couple free days in between them, and after that it's just boss fights and recruitment. If you're kinda tired of the game and don't care what happens after the credits then just move on. Otherwise you can probably breeze through the dungeons even if they're kinda tough so you can get to Sky.

The story ends once you finish the three or so epilogue dungeons. All that's left after that is just recruiting and treasure hunting.
It's not really hard to 100% super, but it's not like an angel is going to descend from the heavens and give you a gold medal for putting forth the effort.
If you don't feel like it, don't bother. All you'll be missing is a few lines of cute dialog here and there.

from my guide:
Good starting stats and moves. Unburden makes it so you attack twice in one turn, like Quick Striker but for every move, using only 1 PP while doing this, essentially DOUBLING your offensive capabilities. You can boost your evasion a ton at the start of a floor using Minimize a few times because of this, which can help out. I recommend using Minimize 3 times at the start of a floor, using more when needed, like in case of finding a Monster House. At level 22, Drifblim gets Stockpile, a great way to boost defenses. The only downside to this is you cannot hold an item, so you can't bank on a Pass Scarf. Mediocre levelups however, but Unburden makes up for it. Recommended moveset is Astonish/Gust/Stockpile/Minimize, but Stockpile comes a bit late. Unburden is your life, and because of this, Drifblim is THE best choice for Zero Isle South, and probably even Destiny Tower. Other pokemon rely on hold items, but Drifblim can go all the way without a single hold item. Just know that if an enemy throws something at you, you might catch it, taking away Unburden. If you use any pokemon at all, use Drifblim, nothing can top just how GOOD it is here. Hell, nothing can top how great it is in the entire game. It outdoes every other pokemon in everything possible, barring team buffing.

There's the "Web" layout, which has all the rooms on the outer edge of the map, connected by a ton of halls, the "Cross" which has 5 rooms, 1 center and 4 in each cardinal direction, and the "too many fucking rooms" which has like 20 rooms, with like 4 or 5 in each horizontal row.

I've been replaying Super on and off and the only thing that stuck out to me other than the tutorial thing is dungeons like Sheer Mountain Range have those "hunger-emptyingly long tunnels with impossibly tiny rooms" floors that take a million years just to find the stairs.

Has anyone completed them using starters like Skitty, eevee or Machop?
I always liked them but they were so useless in my opinion, I couldn't get past, like, the 7th dungeon with them. Was it possible or was I just trash? If possible, did you pretty much use your partner to carry you?
For example, when I played Machop, I got DESTROYED by the first legendary bird you face(when you become outlawed) about 20 times then just gave up.
