I think Synchro Evolutions would be a mistake, a really limited feature, and further unbalance the games if it were revealed.

Nothing really bad I can say about it. I like Crobat a lot, Hariyama is good, Electrivire is bro-tier.
Not a fan of M-Alakazam, feels too OP. Simisage I can take or leave. I used Clawitzer in my first X play through and was disappointed. Didn't hit as hard as I thought he would with Mega Launcher and he's kinda slow.
